Though Kifer is much more dogmatic about cycling than me, I generally agree with a lot of his opinions and his overall ethos. The page is somewhat of a soap box, but has been a great longstanding biking resource

As far as I know, still the best hardcore long-distance touring travelogue out there. The site has beautiful pictures, great stories, and the guy's ruggedness easily shows through. "What it all comes down to in the end is your legs, determination and the ability to improvise"
The Murphy and Schitzo tours under the "travels" link are particularly good

Intro

This blog is the space for me to post my bike-related thoughts, ideas, reflections, etc.
To be honest I have no idea as to what will end up on this page so I won't try and predict. If I can keep it up, surely it will develop over time
